At SMAI, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts and fitness gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
