The SMAI Punching Bag Hook Swivel and Spring Mount is a commercial-grade mounting system for all punch bags. Featuring a high tensile roof mountable hook with bearings, the spring absorbs impact and takes some pressure off the ceiling mount. Installation requires the mount to be affixed onto a load-bearing structure such as a roof bearer or concrete ceiling.
